PV solar panels might be among the technologies that are up for discussion at two green home seminars which are to take place next month.

Set to be staged at the forthcoming Grand Designs Live event in London, events will be run on May 1st and 7th to provide visitors with a range of information about sustainability issues.

Householders will be able to attend two events entitled the Big Debate on these days at the ExCel centre, with the Great British Refurb Campaign hosting them.

While the first debate will see the topic of retrofitting discussed in depth by the likes of TV presenter Kevin McCloud and the WWF, the second event is set to focus on the financial implications of going green.

Although the Grand Designs Live show will provide details concerning environmental issues, it will also offer guests the chance to learn more about things like interiors, bathroom designs and kitchen designs.
